The last time I was at my ideal weight, it was only for a short time. You see I was very sick, so I actually lost too much weight. After I recovered, I assumed the attitude, "I need to put some weight on". Well, that got me in to trouble, one thing led to another and I was overweight.
I've managed to lose almost all of my weight, but the last 5 pounds. And I think it's psychological. I am scared too lose the weight -I'm starting to have that thin look that my mind is associating with the time I was "very sick".
