So many people use the word stress,"oh I am so stressed out!" or "I feel a lot of stress right now". I have found that most of the time, being stressed out, is an indication that you are in a place that feels bad and may be out of touch with what it is you are really feeling.
Therefore, I have created an acronym for STRESS:
Strained, Tense, Rigid, Exhausted, Suffering, Spent.
Next time you are feeling stress, look at this acronym and see which feeling(s) you are truly feeling. Once you have more understanding of what you are truly feeling, you then have the power to move through that bad feeling and into more empowering feeling!
